hello! I am writing something about what rugby means to people and just how generally awesome it is, and would love your input! So, what does rugby mean to you?
Sounds cool! Rugby is where I made almost all of my friends at school, and definitely all of my best friends there. To me, and I think to a lot of people, rugby is more of a life-style than a hobby, as silly as that sounds. You play, but you also become family with the other players, whether you intend to or not. It is something that can instantly bond you with pretty much complete strangers too. I’ll post this publically, because i’d like to hear other people’s input!
rugby alpaca! where are you studying abroad? Because right now I'm abroad in Spain, and I think we are both #5 locks.... Are you playing where ever you are? I decided not to play because I didn't want to get injured for anyone other than my team
Florence, Italy! And yes, I’m number five too! I am actually playing here… sort of. The Italian team I am playing with is very small. We’re talking I was one of four girls at my first practice on Monday. I won’t be playing any games, but I just wanted a chance to play, especially since I was injured this past season and didn’t get much playing time. It’s a 40 minute bus ride and practice was a little rocky, but I’m sticking with it!
